Yes! There is a home AND gym program available. You will pick which one works best for you when you join the program. The home program will require minimal equipment, like a set of dumbbells, for the best results.
If you don't have full access to a gym, I recommend the home program! The gym program will have machines and equipment, while the home program will require minimal equipment such as dumbbells, a treadmill, and bands.

This is a live group challenge, which means you’ll be following the same structured plan, alongside the rest of the group. The workouts aren’t customized to your individual goals - that level of personalization is reserved for my 1:1 clients.
That said, you won’t be left on your own. You’ll get support inside the group forum, accountability through group coaching calls, and daily motivation to keep you consistent.
