Not at all. You’ll get a simple framework for nutrition that works whether you like tracking or prefer using portion guidelines. You can track in the app, or track with photos and journaling your food.
The entire program is inside my fitness app, where you'll get access to video-guided workouts, tracking, progress tracking tools, habits, and chat! So everything is in one place.
Kickstart includes guidance, habit tracking, and support for simple questions. You will also get access to a group community for group support, questions, and motivation! HOWEVER, this program has very limited support and is not comparable to my high-support full 1:1 coaching program. If you need weekly check-ins, accountability, and support, you will want to apply for 1:1 coaching ◡̈
Most programs give you workouts and macros without teaching you how to stay consistent. Kickstart is built with habit phases and self-guided check-ins so you actually stick with it.
Most clients choose to upgrade or continue with their programs. You can renew or choose to continue with another 8-week program, upgrade to the 16-week transformation program, or Full 1:1 coaching for full support.
The workouts are designed with quality over quantity, you don’t need 2-hour gym sessions to see results. What you do need is a structured plan with progressive overload, and that’s exactly what this challenge gives you.
On average, workouts will take 30–50 minutes, depending on your fitness level and pace. They’re short enough to fit into a busy schedule, but long enough to deliver real results
