I'm super busy - what if I don't have time to commit?

This program is built around your life and core priorities. We can go as slow or as fast as needed, but progress only happens when you focus on the right things consistently.

If you’re too busy and lacking structure, that’s exactly why you’re stuck, and likely spending time on things that don’t get results. Our goal is to simplify what you're doing, give you a strong focus, and a plan that works, not one that is unrealistic to your life.

I already have a plan, can this fit in with my current plan?

Let's be honest, if you're plan was working and getting you the results you wanted, you wouldn't be here. That being said, if you have a running routine or just like to play pickleball competitively, this challenge can fit in perfectly to your routine and enhance your results.

Can I do the workouts from home?

Yes! There is a home AND gym program available. You will pick which one works best for you when you join the program. The home program will require minimal equipment, like a set of dumbbells, for the best results.

What if I have a trip or vacation planned?

Vacations are a part of life and where a lot of women get stuck on the on or off cycle. My goal for you in this program is to learn how to enjoy vacations, trips, and being off track without stressing about losing progress. Your plan is flexible so you can take it with you or take the time off. it's entirely up to you - I just give you what you need to support you!

Where will I access the program?

The entire program is inside my fitness app! This helps you keep everything in one place, including tracking your nutrition, workouts, habits, community chat, and more! You'll get access one week before the challenge.

Will I get checkins or personalization?

Yes!! This is my highest level of support and personalization in any of my programs. That's why it's the tranformation program. You work directly with me to get a plan personalized to you and weekly support to keep you on track.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts are designed with quality over quantity, you don’t need 2-hour gym sessions to see results. What you do need is a structured plan with progressive overload, and that’s exactly what this challenge gives you.

On average, workouts will take 30–50 minutes, depending on your fitness level and pace. They’re short enough to fit into a busy schedule, but long enough to deliver real results

Do I get nutrition or a meal plan?

Yes! You’ll get access to an interactive high-protein meal planner packed with recipes and ideas to make hitting your goals simple. You will also get personalized macros or lifestyle tracking tools based on your goals, experience, or preferences. Everything is centered around you so you know what to eat and how much.

Do I work with you?

Yes! Currently, all KDF clients work directly 1:1 with me.

How much does it cost to join?

I have a few 1:1 coaching options depending on the level of support you want. Programs range between $10–$15/day (less than what most people spend on coffee, daily lunch takeout, or a pair of jeans each month).

Now that's the price and investment in yourself, but the cost is whether it’s worth continuing to stay stuck, wasting time and effort without results if you don't make the change.

Is there a waitlist?

Coaching is a very personalized experience, and because I want to ensure every client gets the support they need, I often close enrollment and pull directly from the waitlist. So if you are able to apply (without joining the waitlist) that mean's I am actively accepting clients, this is the fastest way to ensure you get to work with me.

However, if I do have a waitlist, I try my hardest to work through it as quickly as possible.
